Doug Stelle - Owner and CEO
A Kansas City native, after graduating from Missouri State University Doug came back to Kansas City to work in the commercial concrete industry. After managing crews doing tiltup and flatwork, Doug started Steller Concrete in 2012. From the beginning Doug has had a vision of being an involved owner who not only directs field operations but works alongside our craft. By doing this Doug has been able develop strong employees and grow our teams. With an open mind and ability to learn new things extremely fast Doug continues to make Steller Concrete one of the best concrete subcontractors in Kansas City.
Philip was caught out from behind his desk, helping our crews erect tilt-up panels.
Philip Maciula - Operations Manager
Philip moved to the Kansas City area and started his career in concrete construction after graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2006. At the start of his career Philip worked in the field, installing concrete and running layout. After transitioning into the office Philip has worked as an estimator, project manager, safety director, and operations manager. Joining the Steller Concrete team in 2016 Philip has helped streamline processes and grow our customer base. Philip’s background and self-motivating personality are a huge asset to Steller Concrete and our customers.
